The Champagne wine region is a historic province within the administrative province of Champagne in the northeast of France. The area is best known for the production of the sparkling white wine that bears the region's name. 3 grappe varietals are used inot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. They are blended together to produce the sparkling wine well known all other the world.

Our Champagne Christophe is one of the last champagne harvested and produced by the same family.
