Sylvaner Rene Mure 2011 (White wine - Alsace)
Yellow pale. Fine, with aromas of white fruits. Fresh with notes
of lemon and white flowers. Nice acidity.

Dobin Mushi
Emperor’s Soup with Hamachi Yellowtail and Gingko served in traditional teapot

Gindara Saikyo
Miso Marinated Grilled Black Cod Fish

Jurancon Lapeyre 2009 (White wine - South West of France)
Aromatic wine, very soft palate, very fruited, some fat and a nice persistency.

Tempura Moriawase
Crisp fried Prawns, Whitefish, Scallop, and Vegetables

Chateau Mauconseil 2008 (White wine - Rhone)
The wine has a beautiful buttercup yellow color, bright with
crystalline transparency. Rich and earthy nose, the wine expresses intense
white flower blossom and peach aromas. The wine feels rich and velvety
with hints of honey.  The acidity is subtle, creating a smooth sensation
to this otherwise dry wine.  The flavor is perfectly balanced with an
overall fresh, but full-bodied impression.

Zaru Soba
Cold Buckwheat Noodles, Dried Seaweed, Sweet Dipping Sauce

Homemade Adzuki Bean Ice Cream

Japanese Green Tea
